The Online Booking Process
With Kiwigetaway renters can book and pay online.
Renters pay by credit card via our secure e-commerce service.
The calendar will determine the tariffs you have set (ie peak, shoulder or low season tariffs) and calculate the total payment.
If the booking is in excess of 30 days prior to their holiday, the renter must pay a 50% deposit. The Final payment is processed 30 days before the booking start date.
If the booking is inside of 30 days, the full amount is processed.
What happens when Kiwigetaway receives an online booking...
Kiwigetaway will contact the owner to get confirmation and permission to proceed and process the booking and payment
Kiwigetaway will send a confirmation email to the renter and owner, containing the details of the booking and the contact details for either party
Kiwigetaway transfers the payment to the owner's bank account less the Booking Fee of 10% (+GST) of the tariff
