- No more fielding hundreds of phone calls and emails when you have already let the property – in fact, the only calls you field are, one from us confirming the booking is ok, and one from the renter (after the booking is made and the deposit paid and cleared) to make arrangements about key dispatch/collection
- Events calendar online – helps you work out what to charge and when
- Free listing with up to 6 photo's
- Easy to use for renters - the renter can immediately see when your home is available by way of a live booking calendar on your home. You also have access to this calendar to block days you may want to use the home yourselves

- We collect all money on your behalf via a secure online banking facility and deposit funds directly into your account within 48-72 hours (allowing for transactions on weekends)
